Data associated with the article titled: Housing preferences: A systematic review for identifying underlying theories

The datasets consist of a single Excel file titled “supplementary” containing bibliographic records of studies selected through a systematic literature screening process on residential preference theories. The file includes a single sheet containing all selected and screened records in a table. The columns include bibliographic information such as article title, author(s), year of publication, journal name, keywords, DOI and more.
