To identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways that define toxicity following nanoparticle exposure, we performed microarray analyses on NR8383 macrophages exposed for 4 h to 2 µg/mL of NP ZnO (20 % cell viability). This project (SmartNanoTox) has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 686098.
