The list values from the "Legal Base" code list group/order services for reporting purposes in a 4-level hierarchy: the decree group, an approved decree, a first subdivision and a second subdivision. The structure of these subdivisions may be consistent with the structure of the legal text as laid down in the legal basis. The content of a subdivision can refer to a single service, but when possible it is better to opt for a grouping of (similar) services.本数据集包含来自“法律依据（Legal Base）”代码列表的取值，用于对报告所需的服务进行分组与排序，整体采用四级层级结构：分别为法令组、经核准的法令、第一级细分项与第二级细分项。此类细分项的结构可与法律依据中规定的法律文本结构保持一致。单个细分项的内容可对应一项服务，但在可行情况下，优先选择将（同类）服务进行分组。
