Buyer preferences for quality in first-sale fish markets

The data used in this research are confidential. They were obtained under a signed agreement with FranceAgriMer (https://www.franceagrimer.fr/). FranceAgriMer uses these data to publish annual reports on sales in French fish markets using these data.
Although the data cannot be shared due to confidentiality, the complete Stata code used for this paper is provided in the enclosed file. Execution time is very long due to the large sample size. The do-file contains more than 4,500 lines of code.
