RNAseq quantitative analysis of naive wild type and interleukin-6 knockout mice

The purpose of this study was to investigate general transcriptomic changes in wild type and interleukin-6 knockout mice Retinal mRNA profiles of naive mice were generated by 100 bp paired-end sequencing according to the manufacturer's protocol (Illumina NovaSeq6000).本研究旨在探究野生型（wild type）与白细胞介素-6敲除小鼠（interleukin-6 knockout mice）的整体转录组变化。未处理小鼠的视网膜mRNA表达谱通过100碱基双端测序（100 bp paired-end sequencing）生成，实验严格依照制造商提供的操作方案，所用测序平台为Illumina NovaSeq6000。
