Council Tax Estimated Collection Rate

The dataset shows the proportion of the council tax net collectable debit which each billing authority expects to be able to collect during the financial year. The estimated collection rate is taken into account when an authority determines the amount of Band D council tax to be charged. The Band D council tax bill is calculated as the council tax requirement divided the number of Band D equivalent dwellings, adjusted for the estimated collection rate.
