Rhododendron yuefengense

This dataset provides the structural genome annotation for Rhododendron yuefengense. The annotation was generated to support evolutionary analysis and functional gene studies within the Rhododendron genus. The dataset comprises three essential files representing the gene models. The final.genome.fasta file contains the genome assembly information.The final.gene.gff3 file contains standard GFF3 format annotations, detailing the genomic coordinates for genes, mRNAs, exons, and coding sequences (CDS). Correspondingly, the final.gene.cds.fa file provides the nucleotide sequences of the coding regions, while the final.gene.pep.fa file contains the translated amino acid (protein) sequences. These files collectively offer a complete reference for the coding potential of the R. yuefengense genome.
