Data and code for: "A lineage-independent cold signature in phage endolysins distinguishes Antarctic from Mediterranean marine viruses"
收藏资源简介:
Data and code supporting the article “A lineage-independent cold signature in phage endolysins distinguishes Antarctic from Mediterranean marine viruses”. The archive contains the representative sequences of 21,804 viral operational taxonomic units (vOTUs) recovered from 71 Antarctic and Mediterranean viromes, their predicted proteins and 7,326 predicted endolysins; vOTU abundance (RPKM), covered fraction and presence matrices; CheckV, vConTACT3, iPHoP, Pharokka, VIBRANT, SUBLYME and Pfam annotations; Supplementary Tables S1-S9; and the shell, Python and R (Quarto) code used for all analyses. Raw reads of the 24 new viromes from Chile Bay and South Bay (western Antarctic Peninsula) are available in the NCBI SRA under BioProject PRJNA1545961. See README.md for a description of all files.
