咖啡因作为茶饮料的重要指标之一,根据食品安全法的要求,我单位对本地区食品经营主体开展抽样检测,采用GB 5009.139-2014 《食品安全国家标准 饮料中咖啡因的测定》方法,得出样品中咖啡因的含量。检测数据对比国标GB 21733-2008《茶饮料》中规定的要求,可得出该样品是否符合标准要求,该项数据关乎消费者食品安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。对我县市场主体销售的茶饮料实施抽检,按照GB 5009.139-2014 《食品安全国家标准 饮料中咖啡因的测定》方法,运用如下公式进行计算:X=(C-C0)*n*V/m,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样溶液中待测组分的质量浓度,单位为微克每毫升(μg/mL);C0为空白试样溶液中待测组分的质量浓度,单位为微克每毫升(μg/mL);n为稀释倍数;V为定容体积,单位为毫升(mL);m为样品质量,单位为克(g),可得检测项目的含量数据。将以上检测数据对比国标GB 21733-2008《茶饮料》要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
Caffeine is one of the key indicators for tea beverages. In accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety Law, our institution conducted sampling inspections on food business operators in the local area, and adopted the method specified in National Food Safety Standard GB 5009.139-2014: Determination of Caffeine in Beverages to obtain the caffeine content in the tested samples.
By comparing the test data with the requirements stipulated in National Standard GB 21733-2008: Tea Beverages, it can be determined whether the sample meets the standard specifications. This data is critical to consumer food safety and carries non-negligible importance.
Sampling inspections were carried out on tea beverages sold by food business operators in our county. Following the method specified in National Food Safety Standard GB 5009.139-2014: Determination of Caffeine in Beverages, the content was calculated using the following formula:
X = (C - C₀) × n × V / m
Where:
X: Content of the analyte in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg);
C: Mass concentration of the analyte in the test sample solution, unit: micrograms per milliliter (μg/mL);
C₀: Mass concentration of the analyte in the blank test sample solution, unit: micrograms per milliliter (μg/mL);
n: Dilution factor;
V: Final volume, unit: milliliter (mL);
m: Mass of the sample, unit: gram (g)
The content data of the test item can thus be obtained.
By comparing the above test data with the requirements specified in National Standard GB 21733-2008: Tea Beverages, samples with content within the specified limit values are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit values are deemed non-qualified.
