To investigate the role of the Dectin-1 signaling pathway in the development of pulmonary fibrosis, we established a BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis model using WT mice, Dectin-1-deficient mice (Clec7a–/–, KO), and GW5074-treated mice. CD11b+ or CD11c+ cells were sorted by flow cytometry and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing. WT, GW5074-treated WT, and KO mice were administered BLM via airway instillation to induce pulmonary fibrosis. After 14 days, the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from each group of mice was pooled, and CD11b+ or CD11c+ cells were sorted by flow cytometry. The sorted cells were then subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing.
