This repository comprises 3 excel files used to lead the analysis of the publication: Barouillet et al. 2025. Oikos, http://10.1002/oik.11616/ (1) Sediment_sampleinfo_4lakes.xlsx file contains informations about the samples (2) aigle_bourcy_OTU_18S_final_nosin.csv contains a cleaned version of the OTU dataset used for in the analysis (3) OTU_taxonomic_aff_euk18S_bourcy_AIGLe_cleaned_harmonizedtaxo.csv contains the detailed taxonomical classification of each OTUs and associated functional ecology.
