基于ASD便携式光谱仪在玉米冠层上方1.35m处采集玉米小喇叭口期和大喇叭口期冠层反射光谱数据2017年,在吉林四平梨树县,选择小区代表性区域,将传感器绑于标尺置于冠层1.35 m 高处,以获取对应以0.3 m为半径的圆形区域内玉米冠层光谱信息。为减少由光照条件变化引起的误差,光谱采集于10:00-14:00 进行。采集时,每个样点测定10次,求其平均值作为该采样点对应的冠层反射光谱。
In 2017, at Lishu County, Siping City, Jilin Province, representative subareas within experimental plots were selected. Canopy reflectance spectra of maize at the small bell stage and large bell stage were collected using an ASD portable spectrometer at 1.35 m above the maize canopy. Specifically, the sensor was fixed on a ruler and positioned 1.35 m above the canopy to acquire spectral information of the maize canopy within a circular area with a radius of 0.3 m. To mitigate errors induced by varying light conditions, spectral data acquisition was performed between 10:00 and 14:00. For each sampling point, 10 replicate measurements were taken, and their average value was taken as the canopy reflectance spectrum corresponding to that sampling site.
