EIS data for the study of Parallel-diffusion Warburg Model

The dataset is related to the paper entitled: Study of Solid-state Diffusion Impedance in Li-ion Batteries using Parallel-diffuion Warburg Model The file includes two EIS datasets: one for thin-film LNMO electrodes, and another one for porous NCA electrodes. A simple Python script for Equivlent Electrical Circuit Model (EECM) based on lmfit Python package is included in the file.
