资源简介:
The dataset comprises continuous, real-time pharmacokinetic profiles of vancomycin and tobramycin, measured in living rats using electrochemical aptamer-based (EAB) sensors. Sensors were implanted in the cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, ventricle, capillary, and liver to capture tissue-specific drug dynamics. This spatially resolved data enables investigation of pharmacokinetic differences across tissues and provides insights into the distinct characteristics of blood-organ barriers, including the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier (BCSFB).
