This dataset contains synchronized EEG and IMU recordings from 20 healthy adult participants during passive lower-limb flexion-extension movements at 1.0 Hz using a motorized rehabilitation pedaling device. EEG signals were recorded using a 16-channel wireless system at 500 Hz and are stored in BioSemi-compatible .bdf format. Lower-limb acceleration data were collected via a three-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), provided in both raw Xsens .mtb format and exported .txt format. Each participant folder includes the raw EEG file, IMU signals, and segmented EEG–IMU data at multiple time windows (30s, 60s, 90s, 120s). The preprocessed IMU signal (acc_norm.txt) was used to compute corticokinematic coherence (CKC). Group-level CKC values across EEG channels at 120 s are provided in coherence_acc-eeg.xlsx, and visualized in CKC across all EEG channel.png. The dataset supports research on proprioceptive function, cortico-kinematic coupling, and EEG–IMU synchronization. All files are organized following standardized naming conventions and are shared under a CC BY 4.0 license.
