Different habitat types of migratory fish were contained in the southern East China Sea, which were still poorly studied. In view of the important function of bacterioplankton to the environment and fish, a comparative assessment of different habitat types was conducted from communities of bacterioplankton. In spring, when fish were activity in breeding, we investigated the characteristics of bacterioplankton communities in three habitat types in the southern East China Sea by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing and co-occurrence network analysis.
