"This dataset provides synchronized power consumption and electromagnetic emanation measurements of five hardware implementations of Montgomery scalar multiplication for elliptic curve cryptography over the B-233 binary field, realized on FPGA and ASIC platforms and measured under controlled, repeatable conditions. It contains traces for 31 combinations of input points and secret scalars. The dataset is designed to support a broad range of side-channel analysis scenarios, including non-profiled and profiling attacks, making it a reusable benchmark for evaluating leakage and developing new SCA techniques."
