Next-generation sequencing analysis of Serpinf1(+/+) and Serpinf1(-/-) mouse calvarial osteoblast transcriptomes

To gain insight into the biological pathways affected by the loss of Serpinf1 (encoding PEDF) during osteogenic differentiation, primary osteoblasts were isolated from calvaria bone of newborn Serpinf1(-/-) mice and wild-type (Serpinf1 (+/+)) littermate control mice.
