La lexicografía bilingüe italiano-español: ayer, hoy y mañana

The bilingual lexicography of the Spanish-Italian combination has undergone a profound transformation in the last 30 years. Starting from a situation of hardship, today a much more satisfactory panorama is reached, although there are still gaps to be filled. This paper collects all the dictionaries of any kind published in those years. This production is analyzed in its details (chronology, editorials, typology, etc.), with emphasis on electronic lexicography. It is found that the bulk of the dictionaries have been published in Italy and therefore addressed preferably to an Italian public. Finally, some hypotheses are put forward on the future of bilingual Spanish-Italian lexicography.
