资源简介:
Microbial dysbiosis is known to be involved in cancer progression and development through a variety of mechanisms. In particular, it is known that OSCC patients have an imbalance of oral microbiota. In a previous study using a 4-NQO-induced OSCC mouse model, we identified changes in the oral and gut microbiome and an explosive increase of Lactococcus species in oral cavity after 16 weeks of 4-NQO treatment . We aimed to determine the longitudinal changes in the oral microbiome of this mouse model.
