实时监测与分析京杭大运河崇贤贤园区段的O3空气质量分指数（IAQIO3）数据。低IAQIO3代表无O3空气污染，高IAQIO3表示存在O3污染，提示要采取必要的O3污染防控措施。该数据可为评估京杭大运河的综合环境空气质量指数、环保监督管理以及生态文明建设提供有力的数据支撑。（1）数据采集：通过在线设备，实时测量获取京杭大运河崇贤贤园区段的O3浓度数据(O3)、O3浓度限值中的高位值（BPHi）、O3浓度限值中的低位值（BPLo）、BPHi对应的空气质量分指数（IAQIHi）、BPLo对应的空气质量分指数（IAQILO）。数据更新频率为1分钟； （2）数据处理：使用中华人民共和国国家环境保护标准（HJ-633-2012）环境空气质量技术规定中的方法，对O3空气质量分指数（IAQIO3）进行计算: IAQIO3=INT(IAQILO+(O3-BPLo)*(IAQIHi-IAQILO)/(BPHi-BPLo))其中，INT[]为取整符号； （3）数据应用：IAQIO3>50预警存在O3污染，IAQIO3越大代表O3污染越严重，提醒需采取O3污染防控的必要措施。IAQIO3为环保监管提供量化的评估工具，通过量化监测，预防环境风险，减少人体健康危害，助力京杭大运河生态文明建设、促进可持续性发展，实现经济效益与环境保护的和谐共生。
Real-time monitoring and analysis of O3 air quality sub-index (IAQIO3) data for the Chongxian Xian Park Section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal are conducted herein. Lower IAQIO3 values indicate no O3 pollution, while higher values signify O3 contamination, necessitating targeted prevention and control measures. This dataset provides robust data support for evaluating the comprehensive ambient air quality index of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, facilitating environmental supervision and management, and advancing ecological civilization construction. (1) Data Collection: Real-time measurements are obtained via online monitoring instruments for the aforementioned section, including O3 concentration data (O3), the high threshold of O3 concentration limits (BPHi), the low threshold of O3 concentration limits (BPLo), the air quality sub-index corresponding to BPHi (IAQIHi), and the air quality sub-index corresponding to BPLo (IAQILO). The data is updated every 1 minute. (2) Data Processing: The O3 air quality sub-index (IAQIO3) is calculated following the method specified in the Technical Regulations for Ambient Air Quality stipulated in the National Environmental Protection Standards of the People's Republic of China (HJ-633-2012): IAQIO3=INT(IAQILO+(O3-BPLo)*(IAQIHi-IAQILO)/(BPHi-BPLo)) where INT[] denotes the integer rounding function. (3) Data Application: An IAQIO3 value greater than 50 serves as an early warning for O3 pollution. A higher IAQIO3 value indicates more severe O3 pollution, prompting relevant stakeholders to take necessary prevention and control measures. IAQIO3 acts as a quantitative assessment tool for environmental regulation. Through quantitative monitoring, it helps prevent environmental risks, mitigate harm to human health, support ecological civilization construction of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, promote sustainable development, and achieve the harmonious coexistence between economic benefits and environmental protection.
