Data supporting the publication: scICE - Enhancing Clustering Reliability and Efficiency of Single-cell RNA Sequencing Data with Multi-Cluster Label Consistency Evaluation

This dataset contains 48 real and simulated single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) datasets. In each dataset file, rows represent cells, and columns represent genes. The first column indicates the cell type label for each cell. This dataset was used for the scICE project.
