Replication Data for: Hierarchical development of dominance through the winner-loser effect and socio-spatial structure

This dataset includes:

<li>Example data from the model DomWorld, raw and augmented with metrics regarding the dominance hierarchy as well as a network analysis (.csv files)</li>
<li>Python scripts to run DomWorld in batches and to calculate the various dominance and network related metrics (.py)</li>
<li>R-scripts for statistical analysis (.r) and associated datasets (.csv) and plots (.pdf)</li></ul>
<p>Please note that the computer model, DomWorld, that was analysed in this study contains stochastic elements that prevent exact reproduction of the data. If you would like to receive the full dataset that was produced for the paper, please contact the authors.</p>
