Based on the Two-Leaf model, a dataset of LAI and APAR of canopy sunlit and shaded leaf was produced by GLASS LAI and PAR with clumping index and surface albedo data in Guizhou Province from 2001 to 2016. It has a long time sequence span and a high resolution. The dataset can be applied to studies of regional ecological function change and global change simulation, and provide a foundation of model simulation and remote sensing inversion.
