Notebook SOFIA_Tier1_paper_MainFigures.ipynb to reproduce figures from the main manuscript. Can be run with the postprocessed data available here. Notebook SOFIA_Tier1_paper_SupFigures.ipynb to reproduce figures from the supplementary information. Can be run with the original ouptut from SOFIA experiment available at https://sofiamip.github.io/data-access.html and the CMIP6 picontrol form the CMIP6 arcive via the Earth System Grid Federation (ESGF).
