Chenonceau: cortical layers from multimodal MRI of a post-mortem human brain at 7 and 11.7 Tesla
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the cortical layer segmentation map derived from quantitative and diffusion MRI images of the Chenonceau dataset. The Chenonceau dataset consists of in-depth MRI acquisitions of a single post-mortem human brain, including T1-, T2-, and T2*-weighted quantitative MRI data at 200 µm isotropic resolution, and multiple-shell diffusion MRI data at 200 µm isotropic resolution along 25/60/90 diffusion directions of respective shells of b=1500/4500/8000s/mm². These data provide access to myelo- and cyto-architectonic features, including myelin water fraction or neurite density when derived from a multi-compartment or NODDI model, as well as iron content information derived from T2*-weighted data. A clustering approach applied to the voxel-wise NMR signature after encoding was used to directly infer cortical layers.
