The data supporting the findings of the article "Role of Atmospheric and Oceanographic Variability on Surface Marine Heatwaves in the Northern Humboldt Current System" is available in the form of modeled sea surface temperature (SST) data in NetCDF format. The dataset includes daily recordings for each of the four model simulations performed in the sensitivity experiment, as follows: - E1 represents the high-frequency simulation.- E2 combines high-frequency atmospheric and low-frequency oceanic simulations.- E3 integrates low-frequency atmospheric and high-frequency oceanic variability.- E4 denotes the low-frequency simulation. These simulations were designed to explore the impact of atmospheric and oceanographic variability on MHWs.
