Coridius chinensis Transcriptome or Gene expression

Coridius chinensis (C. chinensis) are temperature-changing animals, and can induce diapause by various external environments such as light, temperature, humidity, water, foodstuffs. To clarify the diapause mechanism of Coridius chinensis suffered from low temperature stress, RNA sequencing technique was used to analyze its differential expression levels in groups under condition of normal, low temperature stress and diapause treatment.
