MOSAICA datasets

This package includes all the experimental datasets that were used for the figures in the paper 'Spatial transcriptomics using combinatorial fluorescence spectral and lifetime encoding, imaging and analysis'.Each folder is associated to a figure (3 through 6) and each experiment is accompanied by a csv file with the extracted data.Additionally the csv files of the post-processed data for the figure panels are included in the package Figs_SourceData.zip.The raw data can be analyzed using our image processing pipeline for MATLAB, available in FigShare:MOSAICA software (figshare.com)
