PubChem

PubChem is the world's largest collection of freely accessible chemical information. Searches can be performed via a number of descriptors such as name, molecular formula and structure. Information is provided for chemical and physical properties, biological activities, safety and toxicity information, patents, literature citations and more. PubChem is organized as three linked databases within the NCBI's Entrez information retrieval system. These are PubChem Substance, PubChem Compound, and PubChem BioAssay.
