The sample labels refer to the type of sample (cellular or viral) and whether it belongs to the BONCAT active fraction or non-active (inactive). For all samples, click reactions (BONCAT reaction) lasts 6 hours. In addition, code indicates whether it came from the Pacific Ocean (PO).
