Jiedu Xiaozheng Yin extract targets cancer stem cell signaling and inhibits patient-derived organoid and xenograft tumor growth in colorectal cancer

We used RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) to analyze gene expression in CRC cells treated with JXY. Next, we confirmed these findings on the protein level using western blot and immunofluorescence. Finally, we analyzed the stemness of CRC cells treated with JXY using matrigel spheroid assay and verified it with CRC patient-derived organoids (PDOs) and xenograft mice models.
