Exploration of the transcriptional regulation network of chicken p53 in LMH cells upon ILTV infection

To gain the in-depth insights into the transcriptional regulation network of chicken liver cancer cells, we sequenced the mRNA of LMH cells for further genome-wide gene expression analysis. To investigate the transcriptional regulation network of chicken p53, we created conditions different in p53 activity for LMH cell lines upon ILTV infection. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of LMH cells. Examination of genome-wide gene expression was performed by RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LMH control cells (DMSO treatment) and LMH cells upon different conditions of p53 activity (N, PFT-?, DMSO) upon ILTV infection. Four biological replicates for each condition have been done.
