Time-lapse microscopy of mouse oocytes injected with a cRNA encoding YFP-TPX2 (targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein, xklp2), expressed at high levels. Up is the transmitted light and bottom corresponds to the YFP signal. Images were taken every 15 minutes.
