Actinomyces pangenome for TM7x host range

Pangenome comparing the genomes of 23 oral Actinomyces studied for their varying ability to host the saccharibacterium TM7x. Experimental co-culture revealed that while all hosts eventually reached a stable relationship with TM7x, some hosts had a significant negative effect upon exposure to TM7x (termed a growth crash) while others did not (no measurable crash in population size / growth). This pangenome was constructed to compare their genomes to identify genetic and functional signatures that might underly their differential response to TM7x.
