The main goal of this study was to analyze transcriptional differences between AKP CRC organoids treated or not with chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) by RNA-seq. Overall design: AKP organoids were treated or not with FOLFIRI (5FU+SN38) for 2 days. Total RNA was extracted using PureLink RNA mini kit. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using the kits NEBNext® Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module and NEBNext® Ultra™ II RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina®.
