Frozen derived data supporting cross-species comparative genomics and public infection-transcriptome analysis of pine defense modules challenged by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The archive contains orthogroup matrices, gene-family diagnostics, infection-expression results, nematode secretome evidence, functional-association network tables, compact protein sequence sets, metadata, reviewer-readable supplementary tables, and SHA-256 checksums. Version 0.2.0 adds a frozen full-background computational-validation layer comprising locked independent-dataset evaluation, matched-control permutation tests, evidence ablation, leave-one-source-out analysis, threshold sensitivity, candidate estimability status, and a claim-to-evidence audit matrix. Raw sequencing reads, complete public proteomes, database mirrors, failed runs, and redundant intermediates remain excluded. Results prioritize testable candidate mechanisms and do not constitute direct experimental validation of effector-target interactions or causal resistance.
