Hypoxia-induced LncRNA SLC1A5-AS Enhances Glutamine Uptake by Increasing the Protein Level of ASCT2 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells [ctb]

To analyze the whole-genome profile regulated by SLC1A5-AS in HCC, we treated Huh-7 cells using two independent siRNAs and a negative control (NC), followed by RNA-seq. Overall design: Clustering analysis of dysregulated gene expression patterns was performed and visualized using a heatmap. To further process the sequencing data, we used KEGG and GO analyses to find the top six enriched signaling pathways and biological processes.
