To decipher the mechanisms by which METTL3 inhibitor STM2457 inhibited PCa, RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) and methylated RNA immunoprecipitation-sequencing (MeRIP-seq) compared 22Rv1 cells treated with STM2457 or DMSO for 3 days. The results indicated that STM2457 could influence many pathways of PCa cells.
