VT E911 Site/Structure Address Points (SSAP)

Vermont E911 site/structure address points (SSAPs), including buildings, facilities, and development sites. Updated weekly. This dataset is formerly known as the ESITE dataset, which was first published in 1996 and then periodically updated through February 2026. Beginning in June 2026, SSAP is provided as a next-generation address points layer with a schema that is based on the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Standard for NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model; some fields are extraneous to the NENA standard. In the spirit of simplifying the dataset for the most-common use cases, SSAP--when served as an ArcGIS Online feature layer, contains a subset of the dataset's fields. A full-schema version of SSAP is available in GeoParquet format [VT State Plane meters | WGS84]. Field Descriptions - ArcGIS Online Feature Layer and GeoParquet ESITEID: Unique ID. PRIMARYNAME: A concatenation of the street-name parts. ALIAS1: Alternate road name. ALIAS2: Alternate road name. ALIAS3: Alternate road name. ALIAS4: Alternate road name. ALIAS5: Alternate road name. PRIMARYADDRESS: A concatenation of house number and street-name parts. SITETYPE: Type of site, with a new array of over 100 types (the prior array of types in ESITE had 11 types). MAPYEAR: Date added to E911 data. SITETYPE_MULTI1: Additional SITETYPE--if applicable. For development sites, contains the main use the site is to become.
