Founders and ancestries ch22 (10K features)

The Founders dataset (Founders_ch22_10KSNP.npy.zip) contains 10K features (SNPs) of chromosome 22 of different individuals. Each row is the SNPs of an individual. Each individual is divided into two rows, one for the maternal and another for the paternal strand. There are 4144 rows, which are 2072 individuals.

The ancestries of these individuals can be found in the file Ancestries_ch22_10KSNP.npy.

Each ancestry is defined with a number from 0 to 6.

- 1: African

- 2: American

- 3: East Asian

- 4: Oceania

- 5: South African

- 6: West Asian
