Topic of roundtable: advantages and disadvantages of existing regularization pathways in Germany, practical obstacles regarding the implementation of legal regulations, and concrete policy recommendations; (1) 22 qualitative interviews, one national roundtable with ten participants (2) Germany, focus on Baden-Württmeberg (3) Migrants, employers, support organizations and governmental actors (4) German and English (5) Transcripts/notes and minutes (for the roundtable) were prepared (6) Topics of interviews: personal experiences with ‘irregularity’ and existing non-return policies (as employer, migrant or stakeholder), policies’ benefits and costs, support infrastructures and networks, or the legitimacy of policies in times of increased politicization of the topic of non-return. - Data type: (i.e. text, audio) - Data format: (i.e. .mp3, .mp4, .docx) - Data size: (i.e. 1 MB for interview summaries and notes); audio files will not be uploaded.
