Whole transcriptome analysis of mouse liver tissues after treatment with or without polystyrene microplastics

Six-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were orally dosed with 0.4 mg/day PS-MPs twice weekly for eight weeks. When the study ended, the mice were humanely euthanized. Their livers were harvested and the transcriptome analysis of these livers was evaluated. Overall design: Six-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were orally dosed with 0.4 mg/day PS-MPs for 8 weeks.
