[Dataset] Support me, and I will stay: Investigating the psychological mechanisms behind nurses’ retention

This dataset contains responses from 161 registered nurses at a public hospital in Indonesia. The survey measured perceptions of perceived organizational support, person–job fit, work meaningfulness, and intention to stay.
