资源简介:
These two tables respectively display the metabolomics data of the rat hippocampus (HM) and cortex (CC), covering a variety of metabolites including amino acids, organic acids, sugars, lipids, and phosphorylated compounds. Each brain region contains two types of samples: group H (sample numbers 1-6) and group N (sample numbers 1-6), totaling 12 samples. The data reveal significant differences in the concentrations of various metabolites both between different brain regions and between groups. For example, metabolites such as N-acetyl-L-aspartic acid, phosphate, and creatinine are higher in the hippocampus, whereas metabolites such as lactate, cholesterol, 4-guanidinobutyric acid, and oleic acid are prominent in the cortex. These results provide quantitative evidence for studying the metabolic characteristics of different brain regions in rats and their potential physiological or pathological states.
