Computational Replication Materials for Governorate-Scale Climate-Service Screening in Ta'iz, Yemen

This record contains anonymized computational replication materials supporting a governorate-scale climate-service screening study in Ta'iz, Yemen. It provides archived cell- and district-level derived outputs (CSV and GeoPackage), a four-scenario climate summary, seven deterministic sensitivity/ablation cases, independent numerical checks, geospatial-consistency tests, and routines to regenerate six analytical figures from the derived layers. It also contains the publication-reference figure artwork and a source-to-figure crosswalk. Re-running the supplied test suite verifies the reported top-five district ranking, selected service-pressure scores, scenario summaries, and Jaccard/Spearman sensitivity statistics. The regenerated analytical figures are not certified pixel-identical to publication-ready TIFF artwork; the study-area regeneration is partial because individual facility points are not supplied. The source-raw upstream GIS run has not been independently verified end to end. Original WorldClim and other third-party source rasters are intentionally excluded; users must obtain those data from their respective providers in accordance with license terms. This archive is a computational transparency and internal reproducibility resource, not observed-impact validation or an engineering hazard forecast.
