By replacing kinematic space-travel assumptions with procedural vacuum shear dynamics (\gamma_v), we demonstrate that a "traveling ship" functions as a shifting resonance trap. We formalize the transition from dynamic vortex inflation to a coasting topological filament, resolve the Uniformity Paradox through phase-locked chemical precipitation, and map the re-anchoring of accumulated Temporal Tally (T) into stable planetary structures.
