This dataset consists of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) images of peptide nanowires in two structural forms: dispersed and reticular. It includes a total of 3035 image patches, each sized 512 × 512 pixels. The dataset is divided into training (2135 patches), validation (600 patches), and test (300 patches) subsets.
