Challenges for ECRs in STEMM - focus group discussion transcript

This is a transcript of the focus group discussion held as part of my PhD project. The main purpose of the focus group was to check the survey questionnaire for readability and clarity and to determine whether all the main areas of concern had been covered.Participants were seven ECRS from four universities and one research institute in Sydney, drawn from four disciplines.
