This is a dataset of PacBio sequencing reads for a female ginkgo, pre-corrected by Canu. The DNA was extracted from the female seed. As the genome size of ginkgo is about 12G, we only sequenced about 10.5X long reads. However, it is sufficient to close up to 71.6% of gaps in the draft genome assembly using TGS-GapCloser.
